In 2014 I decided to take "get in shape" off my bucket list and put it on my "to do" list. I made a commitment to health and fitness on my 28th birthday and haven't looked back since. For me, fitness is therapy, and I feel the time and energy spent at the gym has countless benefits on mental and physical heath. I decided to take my commitment to fitness to the next level by becoming certified as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Training clients and helping them develop motivation and excitement for their own health is my passion.
